Mr. Domenic Serafino
Co-Founder & CEO

Domenic brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry with 15 years of direct experience in the aesthetic medical device business. From 1995 to 2001, Domenic was a partner and President of Canada’s largest laser distribution company (Sigmacon Group). During his time at Sigmacon, Domenic managed to represent virtually every major industry “player” and held almost 80% market share in the Canadian aesthetic device market.
In 2001, Domenic joined Syneron as one of the original four founders of the company and acted as President of Syneron North America. He was instrumental in taking the company public on NASDAQ in August 2004 and was the key contact for Wall Street analysts and bankers. Six months later, he helped execute a very successful secondary offering. During Domenic’s tenure at Syneron, the company grew from $0 – $1.3 billion market cap in less than 5 years.

Mrs. Orit Fishgold Ron Edoute
Co-Founder & CEO

Orit has held managerial positions for the past 12 years in leading bio-medical companies. Prior to Venus Concept Ltd she served as VP of Business Development in Frutarom (a leading Israeli publically traded company), Mennen Medical, Proteologics, and Sunlight Medical. Orit holds an MBA and BsC.

Mr. Dan Ariel
C.T.O.

Dan joined Venus after holding several technology management positions in high-tech defense and medical device industries . Dan also served as R&D director at Lumenis , a leading laser and light- based medical device company, and then as VP of Engineering at RADA Electronic Industries (Nasdaq –RADA). Dan holds both an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Management Science.

Dr. Morgan Gustavsson
Chief Scientist

Dr. Gustavsson brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the medical aesthetic device industry. In the late 1980′s, he pioneered the discovery of alternative light sources to lasers which lead to the first IPL device in 1990. Dr Gustavsson holds over ten US patents and patent applications. He served as the Chairman and CEO at Medical Bio Care and also headed a joint venture with Laser Industries / Sharplan. From 2006 until fall 2010 he served as the Director of Advanced Innovation for Syneron/Candela.

Mr. Oded Ron-Edoute
Chairman & Co-Founder

Oded served as Vice President of International Sales at Syneron (NASDAQ – ELOS). Prior to that he served 5 years as President of Radiancy Inc in Asia and Europe. Oded brings an 18 year track record of sales and marketing experience with unique expertise in setting up international networks from start up, working with companies like Syneron, Radiancy and Sunlight Medical.

Mr. Tsvi Bahat
VP Sales & Operations USA

Tsvi brings over 10 years of experience in sales in the medical and the medi-aesthetic industry. Prior to Venus, Tsvi worked as Asian Director at Syneron Medical Ltd. and as Regional Director in Radiancy Ltd. Tsvi holds a B.F.A from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (Jerusalem) near the Hebrew University. He is part of the Venus office in Parkland FL.

David brings Over 20 years of experience in corporate sales and over 8 years in the medical aesthetic industry. Prior to Venus, David served as Regional Sales Director – Central and National Account Manager at Syneron Medical Ltd. David holds a BSBA in finance.

Rick brings over twenty years experience in capital equipment and over 17 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry. Prior to Venus, Rick served as Senior Territory Manager in Alma Lasers ltd, and as North Eastern Regional Manager in Syneron ltd. Rick holds a B.A. in Business administration.

Mr. David Sagan
Regional Sales Manager-West USA

David has spent the last 6 ½ years with Syneron as a Senior Territory Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to Syneron, David worked for Dusa Pharmaceuticals specializing in the launch of Levulan and for ICN Pharmaceuticals, selling specifically to the dermatology and Plastic Surgery community.

Mrs. Joyce Morris
Regional Sales Manager-Canada

Joyce brings over 20 years of experience in finance and sales. She has honed her skills during the last 7 years the in the medical aesthetic device industry. Prior to Venus Concept, Joyce worked as a Territory Sales Manager
and Corporate Account Manager for Syneron Canada Corp. After leaving Syneron, Joyce was the Central Regional Sales Manager for Medicis – Lyposonix division.

Mr. Noam Martin Slutzky
Director of Latin America

Martin brings many years of experience in several international marketing and sales positions in different geographies. Prior to joining Venus Concept, Martin served as Business Development Manager of West Wind Bus. Dev. SARL (Ivory Coast) a company engaged in assisting foreign companies to develop their business in the West-African market. Before West Wind, Martin worked in Tokyo, Japan as Senior Consultant for Shintoshi Investments Co. Ltd. a forex trading company who serves selected private and corporate investors in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mrs Joanne Serafino
Operations Manager for the Americas

Prior to Venus Concept, Joanne has held many different managerial positions over her 25 year business career, including managing one of Canada’s most high profile plastic surgery and dermatology center. She also ran a very successful manufacturing business for 12 years which included customers like Walt Disney, Sea World and others. Her ability to multi task has established her as one of the industry’s best, just as her ability to ensure that corporate policy, procedures and governance is developed and followed.

Lilia brings more than 12 years experience in organizations directly related to Quality/Operation Management and Regulatory Affairs in High-Tech, Medical Device, and Bio-Tech industries. Lilia has provided guidance to global business organizations such as ColBar LifeScience Ltd- J&J Subsidiary , Becton and Dickinson & Co and Applied Materials Inc. Lilia holds a Master Degree in Reliability Engineering & Applied Statistics Science as well as an MBA from NYU (NY) international / pharmaceutical concentration.

Nati brings over 12 years of experience as a senior CPA. In his last role as a team leader, he managed a group of 18 C.P.As in Deloitte, specializing in traded companies at NASDAQ. Nati holds B.A in Economics and Accounting as well as M.B.A from the Haifa University in Israel.
